Who We Are
Tobacco Stops With Me is a statewide campaign determined to make Oklahoma a tobacco-free state. It’s our mission to be the resource Oklahomans need to drive real change in their communities and make long-lasting change for generations.

Our Goal
We have set a bold goal to lower the adult smoking rate in Oklahoma below 10% through common-sense, proven tobacco-control policies. By lowering our smoking rate, Oklahoma can save millions of dollars in our state — and more importantly, save thousands of lives. Our messaging is intended to resonate with all people, particularly children, young adults and families. It aims to inspire individuals to make positive changes for the health of all Oklahomans.
Our History
In 1998, 46 states signed the Master Settlement Agreement with major tobacco companies. This restricted cigarette advertising and required ongoing payments. In 2000, Oklahoma voters created TSET as a permanent trust to guarantee these funds would forever serve the health of Oklahomans.
In 2007, Tobacco Stops With Me became Oklahoma’s first tobacco prevention program aimed at improving the quality of life for all Oklahomans through education.
