My Life, My Quit
My Life, My Quit helps 13–17-year-olds quit vaping and other tobacco products. Kids receive one-on-one text and web support that can be vital in the transition to living tobacco free.
Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline
For those who are ages 13–17, the Helpline offers Quit Coaching and nonjudgmental support. Adults 18 and over can also receive at least a two-week supply of patches, gum or lozenges for FREE. Since 2003, over 470,000 Oklahomans have used the Helpline.
